Message from the President
In 2017, I founded a staffing company specializing in foreign talent, and have had the opportunity to come into contact with many different cultures. Recently, the word “diversity” has become more common, but when I actually talk to corporate recruiters, I feel that the hiring of foreigners, which is part of diversity, is still not accepted. For the development of Japan, I would like to deepen my understanding of “diversity” from the perspective of globalization in recruitment, and play a part in improving the productivity and value of companies.
